The AIGNEP 50020 Automatic Fitting is a high-quality connection element designed for fast, safe and leak-free linking of hose to valve or cylinder ports in pneumatic circuits. In addition, its push-in technology allows manual hose insertion without any auxiliary wrench, therefore minimizing assembly time. With a 1/4” cylindrical thread and 12 mm hose outside diameter compatibility, it performs strongly in industrial automation systems.
The nickel-plated brass body resists corrosion and harsh operating conditions. Moreover, internal stainless steel gripping teeth hold the hose firmly, preventing decoupling even under high pressure. The NBR O-ring guarantees sealing, consequently enabling safe use in vacuum and pressure lines. Working pressure ranges from -0.99 bar to 20 bar, while working temperature spans -20 °C to +80 °C.
