The AIGNEP 50020 Automatic Fitting is engineered for fast hose and valve connections in pneumatic circuits. In addition, its push-in technology allows manual hose insertion without any auxiliary tool. Therefore, it minimizes assembly times and raises operational efficiency.
A nickel-plated brass body provides strong corrosion resistance for demanding factory conditions. Moreover, internal AISI 301 stainless steel gripping teeth hold the hose firmly under high pressure, while an NBR O-ring guarantees leak-tight sealing. It operates from -0.99 bar to 20 bar and from -20 °C to +80 °C with 10 mm hose and 3/8″ cylindrical thread.
