The AIGNEP 1020 Pneumatic Push-On Fitting plays a critical role in industrial pneumatic systems, sealing the link between hose and threaded port. Its push-on mechanism lets you attach and release Ø8 mm hose on 1/2″ male threads in one motion. Therefore, assembly and maintenance times drop significantly, and reliability improves.
A nickel-plated brass body resists corrosion and wear, while the NBR (nitrile elastomer) seal provides precise air-tightness. In addition, the fitting works from 0 to 15 bar and from -10°C to +60°C, so it suits heavy-duty lines. It is fully compatible with polyurethane (PU) and polyamide (PA) tubing.
