The AIGNEP 1020 Pneumatic Push-In Fitting plays a critical role in industrial pneumatic systems by ensuring leak-free and reliable connections between hoses and threaded ports. In addition, its push-on mechanism allows Ø12mm hoses to be instantly connected to and removed from 1/2” male threaded fittings, therefore significantly reducing assembly and maintenance times. The nickel-plated brass body, moreover, delivers maximum resistance to corrosion and wear in demanding environments.
This fitting operates with a push-in mechanism and an NBR (nitrile elastomer) seal that provides precise air tightness. Consequently, it withstands working pressures from 0 to 15 bar across a temperature range of -10°C to +60°C. The nickel-plated brass body resists corrosion, while the NBR seal maintains reliable sealing. Furthermore, the design is fully compatible with polyurethane (PU) and polyamide (PA) hoses.
