The AYVAZ FPCV-10 Piston Type Check Valve API 602 shuts off reverse flow within milliseconds on critical high-pressure lines. In addition, its ASTM A105N forged steel body removes the porosity risk common to cast components. Furthermore, the Stellit 6 hard-coated seat resists thermal wear, while the short stroke minimises slam and mechanical loads.

The ASTM A182 F6A stainless steel disc guarantees full sealing, so the valve holds the system safe from the pump discharge onward. The body is forged to ASTM A105N, the seat carries a Stellit 6 hard coating, and the pressure class is Class 800 per ANSI/ASME.
