The AYVAZ BV-10 Butterfly Valve is engineered for reliable flow control under high pressure. In addition, its ASTM A216 WCB cast steel body withstands pressure fluctuations and mechanical shocks. Moreover, the AISI 316 stainless steel disc resists corrosion in aggressive media, therefore extending service life in chemical and petrochemical duty.
The wafer connection fits between flanges, consequently saving space and cutting installation time. Furthermore, the EPDM elastomer seat delivers bidirectional sealing across a wide temperature range. It performs at Class 150 pressure rating, equivalent to PN16, and complies with API 609 and ANSI B16.10. The valve covers DN50 (2 inch / 50 mm). Operating temperature spans -20°C to +80°C.
