The ARI® SAFE P 55.921 Safety Valve guarantees system safety under high pressure and temperature conditions, moreover it acts as a precise safety element that protects systems against overpressure. In addition, its stainless steel body and internal parts deliver a long service life and corrosion resistance. It is particularly suited to steam, hot water and thermal oil applications.
The proportional lift principle opens the valve gradually as pressure rises, therefore preventing sudden discharges. Moreover, the PN40 pressure class and a maximum operating temperature of 400°C make the valve suitable for harsh industrial conditions. The 1.4408 (AISI 316) stainless steel body, 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) seat and disc, and 1.4310 (AISI 302) spring system provide high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
