The ARI CONA S 45.631-1 Float Steam Trap delivers uninterrupted condensate removal in high-pressure steam circuits. In addition, it maximises energy efficiency by discharging condensate automatically. Moreover, reliable operation is maintained specifically in high-pressure lines.
A float mechanism opens or closes the discharge line according to the condensate level, and therefore steam leakage is prevented. The body and cover are EN-JS1049 ductile iron, while the strainer is 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel. In addition, the internal check valve and strainer simplify maintenance. The flanged PN40 connection handles 350 °C at 22 barg and 250 °C at 32 barg.
