ARI FABA Plus 35.046 Metal Bellows Valve delivers absolute sealing for lines operating under high pressure and high temperature. Furthermore, its double-walled stainless steel bellows completely eliminates stem leakage. It is therefore an ideal safety component for toxic, flammable or valuable fluids. In addition, the PN40 pressure class and DN150 nominal diameter suit heavy industrial applications.
The valve is built with a cast steel body (1.0619+N) and an AISI 316Ti stainless steel bellows. Moreover, the disc and seat are made of 1.4021+QT (AISI 420) stainless steel. The flanged connection type therefore complies with DIN/EN standards and simplifies installation. As a result, fast integration into existing pipelines is possible. The handwheel material is pressed steel for DN ≤ 125 and EN-JL1040 cast iron for DN ≥ 150.
