The 100TONG KR-008 Threaded Concentric Reducer is the ideal solution for flow balance and durability in pipe diameter transitions. In addition, its concentric flow geometry minimizes turbulence and lowers pressure loss. Moreover, the GGG 40.3 ductile iron body performs reliably between -50°C and +150°C.
The reducer connects a 6″ (152.4 mm) inlet to a 5″ (127 mm) outlet along a single axis, so the medium stays centered through the transition. Because the body is GGG 40.3 ductile iron to ASTM A395 / EN 1563, it resists corrosion and impact. Furthermore, the threaded ends suit PN 10 and PN 16 pressure classes.
