AYVAZ TGV-25 Full Bore Ball Valve DN50 PN16 handles flow control and on-off duty in industrial piping. In addition, its full bore design reduces pressure loss to a minimum. Consequently, pumps consume less energy during operation.
The flanged connection follows EN 1092-2 in DN50, and the valve operates safely in the PN16 pressure class at 16 bar. Moreover, the stainless steel ball allows free passage equal to the pipe bore when fully open. PTFE gasket and silicone outer sealing elements guarantee tightness at 180°C and 16 bar. The GG-25 cast iron body withstands mechanical impact, while the internally mounted stainless steel stem protects the outer surface from aggressive chemicals.
