I/P Regulator Type 550x 1/4″ 4-20mA delivers reliable electro-pneumatic pressure conversion for industrial automation. In addition, it accurately transforms a 4-20 mA input signal into a 2-60 psig (0.14-4 bar) pneumatic output. Moreover, its durable aluminum body offers outstanding corrosion resistance.
The unit operates stably across a wide ambient range of -40°C to +70°C and withstands a maximum supply pressure of 150 psig (10 bar). Furthermore, flow capacity reaches 20 scfm (566 Nl/min). Linearity, hysteresis and repeatability remain below 0.5%, while supply pressure sensitivity stays below 0.1%. Therefore, it maintains accurate modulation even under harsh industrial conditions. Pneumatic connection is 1/4″ NPT.
