SATRONIC DMG 973-N Burner Control is a microprocessor-based intelligent control relay engineered for the safe management of two-stage systems in industrial gas lines. In addition, its servo-controlled architecture manages operating cycles with millisecond accuracy. Moreover, it delivers high reliability against voltage fluctuations. Furthermore, air damper servo motor integration keeps the damper fully open during pre-purge.
The unit operates on a 220/240 V 50/60 Hz mains supply and provides a 44-second pre-purge period. Its safety time is limited to a maximum of 3 seconds. Consequently, the advanced LED flash code diagnostic system reports lockout causes instantly, enabling operators to respond quickly. The control class supports two-stage operation with servo motor control, driving the damper to first stage, second stage, and fully closed positions without error.
